Asbestos in woodchip (ingrain) wallpaper

    Hey Guys,

    Just bought a house and the large living room has ingrain ( wood chip ) wallpaper :-(

    Anyway I'm not afraid of hard work and will get it off. BUT.. I heard that up until around 1985 asbestos was used in wood chip wallpaper!! Has anyone else heard this?

    Obviously I would need to adjust my approach if this is a possibility.
