Can I start an internship with jobs bridge if my husband is the SW claimant

My husband lost his job six months ago and he had to start claiming social welfare for himself, our son and myself. I am looking to do an internship and have applied to several different companies but I was looking through the job bridge FAQ's there and couldn't find out anywhere if I am able to do an internship if my husband is the claimant.
If anyone could help me on this that would be much appreciated.

To be eligible, you have to either have a social welfare claim in your own name or be signing for credits.

    Am I eligible?
In order to be eligible to participate in JobBridge – the National Internship Scheme an
    individual must be:
 Currently be in receipt of a live claim (Jobseekers Allowance/Jobseekers
    Benefit/One Parent Family Payment/Disability Allowance /Signing for
    Credits)
 And have been in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance/Jobseekers Benefit/ One
Parent Family Payment/Disability Allowance or signing for Social Insurance
Contribution Credits for a total of 3 months (78 days) or more in the last 6
    months.

Info about signing for credits as a dependant adult on your spouse's claim

You can sign on for credits, if you are not entitled to a social welfare payment or you are a qualified adult on your spouse's, civil partner's or cohabitant's social welfare payment as long as you:
    Are unemployed
    Available and capable of work
    Genuinely seeking work
Have paid or credited PRSI contributions in either of the last two tax years
