Bit of a long shot but I'm looking to replace the forks on my 2003 Specialized Sirrus. I've tried buying new for old but they just aren't making them anymore and the alternatives that I can buy new are going to look a bit odd on the frame. So...would anyone have a fork meeting the following description?

Chro-mo Steel (but possibly aluminium)
Bosses for cantilever brakes
Eyelets for mudguard and front-mounted pannier rack
Threadless steering tube of at least 230cm
Black (demolished)

I'm based in Dublin and am happy to pick up. Price is obviously negotiable depending on condition.
