I have a right of way through a neighbours entrance and then onto my land, there is trees on the entrance to my land but they are beginning to overgrow and it makes it harder to get a tractor through this gap,i believe the neighbour has left these trees grow bigger to try and stop me using this right of way, would I be in my rights to trim back these trees to make it easier to gain access.
