Track sent PMs

    Hi,
    I tried to follow up on a PM that I sent a few days ago but it seems that none are stored in Sent Messages, is this the norm or can I track PMs?

    By default all users are set up to not store sent messages.

    If you want to track a single message you can check the box underneath the compose PM form to save the message in your Sent Messages.

    If you want to track all messages by default (and therefore not have to check the box every time) you can change that option here in the Messaging & Notification section.
