Help choosing between laptops

    Personally I would go with the HP. Options seem better on it even if it does have a smaller HDD.
    Processor is 3rd Gen compared to the Toshiba's 2nd Gen processor.
    Less software pre-installed on the HP as well seemingly, so less to get rid of when you first boot up and start to set it up.
    There is less RAM installed as well on the HP, but that is easy to upgrade should you even need the extra as 4GB should be plenty for what you need it for.
    Battery life allegedly longer on the HP too which would be beneficial to you as a teacher as it would save you having to plug in too much.

    To me at least the HP would be the more appealing of the two you mention.
