    Hey I just signed a lease on a really nice modern 2 bedroom house in Clonskeagh right beside the entrance to UCD by AIB bank. Im looking for someone to move into the other room. Its a large room with a double bed. Rent is 575 a month and lease is 12 months. Sharing house with 4th year male student. Let me know if interested! Thanks.
