Filter and Export Macro

Hi I would like to run a macro to filter data in column m through using a text filter which contains either of the following three different words, "Bonds,Muni Loan" Based on these results I would then like to export data in a new tab. Is this possible? Any help greatly appreciated. Kind Regards Stephen
