Cannot "activate mobile phone"

    Hello,

    When I log into my on line bank account, I select "Manage accounts" then "activate my mobile phone" and click "Activate".
    However when I enter the 7 digit security code that was sent out by post, it doesn't work. I received another code but it doesn't work either.

    Any help appreciated.

    If you call Banking 365 on  0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000 a rep will be happy to look into this for you. 

    Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
