I am looking to pick up a cheap used racer bike, budget isn't very big I'm afraid.
Are there any bike shops on the southside or city based who would have used stock starting around 100 euro or am I better off just sticking to adverts / done deal for same?

Not looking for anything fancy, just something in good condition that will suit for daily commuting.

Your stuck with the adverts I'm afraid ,or can you explain how is a bike shop going to make a profit on a 100'euro bike ? They'd charge that for two new tyres fitted, never mind include a bike.

You won't get a 'racer' for that kind of money, especially not one in good condition.

For that kind of money, contact Rothar.ie and you might be able to get an old steel road bike for under €200.
