Yes, yes, a very vague subject. However, after months of arse-ing around, the time has come to get my retro-nerdness moving.

Basically, I'm looking to pick up one of the below (though, preferably a Mega Drive):

    - NES
    - Sega Mega Drive/Genesis
    - SNES
    - N64
    - Dreamcast

So if you've a spare one lying around or one you want shot of, let me know. Cheers!

Thanks, well ideally I'd just pick up a console and build the game collection bit by bit. I'd need cables though. What games do have and what prices are you looking for for the console and those games?

I'd let the whole DC bundle go for 40e, the MD with three games I'd let go for 30e. Sure let me know what ya think man.

Thanks for all the effort you've gone to - what region MD is that?

Ya have me there, well it's just plugged in with an av cable so it must be PAL

EDIT - quick look on wiki leads me to this:

This console is a variant of the European Mega Drive and often mistaken for a Japanese Mega Drive as they are almost cosmetically identical.
    • "AV INTELLIGENT TERMINAL HIGH GRADE MULTIPURPOSE USE" printed around circle on some models, omitted on others.
    • Larger "16-Bit" logo used as per Japanese model.
    • Power panel magenta instead of white.
    • "Start" and "Reset" button are blue
    • Identical to European Mega Drive with PAL or NTSC output
    • Used Japanese Mega Drive logo and packaging similar to the Japanese version
    • Registered trademark icon to the right of the Sega logo for earlier models
    • Games packaged the same as European with the same labeling. However, the cartridges are shaped like Japanese Mega Drive games.
    • Both Pal and NTSC versions available in Asia models
    • Model number: 1601-15 (revision without the EXT port)
    • Not region locked.

I am in no way an expert on megadrives but this seems to be the one

If that's the case (and I'm chuffed if it's not region locked), can I take the MD with Ecco, Alisia Dragoon and Aladdin for 30?
