My parents have a Royal Albert tea set at home and are thinking about selling it because it's never used.

Ive searched online and can only find individual pieces and reproductions.
If anyone on here can help ill put the details up here and pictures too.
The number 4534 is printed on the china beside the stamp.
There are 40 pieces in the set.
Cobalt blue colour with gold edging.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Same pattern as this but with a different stamp on the base

It will not be worth much more than €100 to be honest.

People don't collect tea-sets like this anymore. It's very much a collection practice of previous generations.

They sit in a display case and never get usage. The old tea ceremony of bringing out the special china is on its last legs.

At the time of production , the Royal Albert china could be mass produced and large part of the painting was actually just transfer printed and 'coloured over'.

But check it with a professional valuer just to be 100%
