Build suggestions for a newb with a small budget

Hi folks, I'm out of my depth in building a PC so I'm hoping you can lend a hand in creating a decent system on a small budget.

1. What is your budget? [€700]

2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? [Web browsing and word processing. Gaming(GTA IV, Batman: Arkham City. Future games: Arkham Origins and GTA V if it's possible to prepare for it). I don't need to play at ultra settings but would like to play at medium to high with relatively high FPS.]

3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [Yes]

4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [No]

5. Do you need a monitor? [No]

6. Do you need any of these peripherals? [No]

7. Are you willing to try overclocking? [Yes, but I'm not experienced with it.]

8. How can you pay? [Credit Card/Debit Card]

9. When are you purchasing? [In the next 2 weeks probably]

10. If you need help building it, where are you based? [Dublin]

No problem. If you can stretch to another €20 I'd drop the case and extra fans and go for the cooltek antiphon midi atx case.

Hi again BloodBath, everything arrived this morning but I forgot that the PSU would be a two pin plug. The plug is 16A 250V. Could you recommend an adapter or any other way of getting around this?

The lead for my old PC is 10/250, would that do the job?

If you have any old PC or monitor, you could just use the plug.

Alternatively, get an adapter. Look under travel equipment in an electrics shop and you can often find universal ones. Could be a tenner or so. Prices can vary as demand wouldn't be great and people reguarly decide to buy them on short notice.

Another option, which I doubt you'd want to do, would be to wire in a new plug.

Finally, the cheapest way to do it is to use a screwdriver to poke in the top earth plug in the socket. This will open the little safety covers on the bottom two socket holes, allowing you to put in the two pin plug.
Don't electrocute yourself.

First option is the best, but the last will cover you temporarily if you want to get things up an running (but doesn't have the additional safety of the earth line).
