Changing from casual JSA to regular JSA?

    Hi all! My brother wants to know how to go about changing from casual Jobseekers Allowance to the regular Jobseekers Allowence. What would he need, exactly? Does he need a letter from his former employer or anything like that? Many thanks in advance.
