    Hi all,

Our newly built house is nearly completed, hope to move in, in the next few weeks as renting and paying mortgage is tough going! Painting and tiling at the mo.

Just looking for advice on what we need to complete in order for us to be 'allowed' move in.
    So far:
get valuer out for final valuation
Sent this cert along with engineers cert in for final drawdown
    Change house insurance

Anything else I need to consider? Do the council need to be notified?

Thanks in advance for any help.:)
