Going to be in Clare next week and was wondering can you take your dog for a walk on the beach or is it only on certain times? A mate was there and said u cant from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm, is this true? I understand the whole picking the poop off the beach thing but can u let ur dog run free or is it strictly enforced? Cheers
