I've bought a lemon obviously and just wondering if I should throw good money after bad!

My s60 had an electrical fault last christmas- jolted as if it had hit something, this happened a few times, then dashboard died but engine still running. Had it towed to a garage who said it was an earthwire, fixed it and ran grand for the next 6 months.

Then same problem again, had it towed to a garage who said loose connection, fixed, grand for a week, same problem. Local garage said- bring it to Volvo as we can't find the fault. Volvo said they replaced a relay but a c module is gone and needs replacing and this is 400 for the part, labour on top and can't guarantee it won't be more when they investigate.

Now the s60 is a 04 with 127000miles, its not worth putting too much into.

I can get 1200 to 1500 maybe scrap value on a trade in. Does anyone think it is worth getting an auto electrician look at it or any other ideas?
