Bunkers are a little incosistent but fairways and greens are perfect, keep the ball out of the rough though off the tee or you will struggle badly................

Id say look at the fairways that have rough in play for your bad shot, slice fade hook etc.
Play your safe shot to 200 yards.

Any holes I did this on I got points.

I lost most of my points from big stick into rough. The rough is sort of deep links stuff.

The ball is lost in that stuff, or club will turn over. If you are 100 yards out the course is not that bad. The greens are great have a single easy read break on most.

I played it last Friday with a scratch golfer who shot 2 over with no birdies. He bogeyed both holes from poor bunker shots but it wasn't really his fault because there was very little sand in them. They looked like they hadn't been tended in quite a while.

Apart from that the course is in excellent shape, its a very nice course. I'd like to see it when some of those trees grow up.

Love playing there but saturday was torture (sorry to my playing partners)
Course is in fantastic condition but yet again the bunkers were terrible. Ball was liable to go anywhere from them. I actually don' t mind playing from bunkers - when there is enough sand in them!! I think most of my scratches came from holes I was in bunkers.

We had an interesting discussion about this during the round. On one hand they are bunkers and they are a hazard so you should not be in them but on the other hand if you are they should be in a condition so that you can play out of them. These aren't. If you are not going to maintain them - fill them in.

yea them damn bunkers... if it wasn't for them, I would have won. then again if it wasn't for my bad shots which sent the ball there in the first place.........
