Hi just trying to clear something up here, Before I start I wish to add that I have never used this or plan on using it for that matter. I just like the smell of it! (joke)

So a few years back when the head shops went down any psycho-active substances were banned from sale. My issue is about possession.

From what I can see the salvia divinorum plant is not actually illegal in this country, or anywhere really for that matter. So what happens when my friend goes away and orders a tiny bit online from the u.k? It is not illegal to sell or buy over there and from what I gather it is illegal to sell over here but what about having some in your pocket for personal use? A o.k or just plain and simple nayy.

I don't condone drug use, Its my friend Enda Kenny asked me to post this on his behalf.

    Cheers,

    curtisJ

Yes it's illegal, try it and you'll understand, make weed feel like canderel.

Its no longer legal in Ireland. Controlled substance. However, I was once shown a salvia divinorum plant growing in a large outdoor greenhouse in a certain botanical garden in a certain part of a certain Dublin city. Wonder what the law is to that plant these days however...
