Digital Rev - GBP vs EUR prices (Sony RX-!00)

    Hi, has anybody who has either browsed or purchased from digitalrev noticed how much the prices differ in GBP to EUR? Is this purely down to duty charges on the import of the camera here? Its insane how much more expensive it is. Im thinking of just getting it delivered to a pal in the UK and get it from him at some stage. The GBP prices off that site are very attractive.

    The Sony RX-100 is now £380...which I think is great value. compared to the EUR price of €584.

    Unfortunately, the processing team is unable to verify your shipping address for safe and accurate delivery with the information provided. We do not ship to parcel locker addresses as we require the customer to sign personally for the parcel delivered. As such, they have cancelled your order.

    The payment of £ 427.45 will be unlocked back into your account within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer. As this was a Pre-Auth transaction, DigitalRev at no point have any access to your payment during this cancelled transaction. We only check out your order when we ship out your parcel.

    If you wish to order with us again, the processing team recommends using an address we can deliver to or if you insist on shipping to this address to pay via Bank Transfer. Please contact us if you wish to pursue the latter option so we can provide for you our bank account details.

    Thank you for your interest, and we look forward to hearing from you again!
