    Hi All,

We are thinking of staying in the Maroma hotel in Mexico for our honeymoon next year and looking to see if anyone has stayed there? It looks amazing, but the one thing we were slightly concerned about was the dress code that was mentioned. Does anyone know what can and cant be worn e.g can women wear jeans/and sandals to the reastuarants?

    All help appreciated! :)

Dress codes usually mean that in the restaurant males should wear trousers and a collared shirt & dinner jacket. Smart dress for women.
It basically means they dont want people turning up for dinner in their beach attire.

If you want reviews of the hotel in general you can't go far wrong with Trip Advisor.

Hi we stayed in Secrets Maroma and the dress code is slightly strict especially for men. In the evening depending on which restaurant you go to men will be expected to wear long trousers and closed shoes, however some of the guests did not really pay any heed and were not willing to dress as requested, sometimes they were not allowed to enter and sometimes they were!
During the day you will have to cover up your swimsuit when eating but a simple wrap or shorts is fine and males just need to wear a t-shirt over their swim shorts.
