hi

I was investigating a rattle in a friend's 2008 nissan tida and I finally narrowed it down to in and around the gear box area. I listened to the water pump but it doesn't appear to be the source of the rattle and the electric fan works ok without any rattle. From what i could determine it wasn't speed related either.

I also noticed that there are 2 pipes on I assume the throttle body which don't have anything connected to them ( see attached pic ) while there is also an unconnected pipe that comes from the gear box ( breather tube maybe ).

Idea's anyone and thanks in advance
