Hi all, I'm utterly confused as to what tire size/psi/rim width would be ideal for me. I weigh ~47kg, with a ~7.5kg bike. Right now I'm running 19mm wide clincher wheels and tires - 23c front 90psi, and rear 25c 90psi.
I'm upgrading to planet x tubular/generic chinese tubs. Any help re recommended pressure on clincher tires and tubular tires would be appreciated!

I'm a junior, so A3 road races, with nationals and hillclimbs thrown in, looking for quality, but not incredibly light ones that'll puncture very easily..
