Depends whether or not you are suppose to have seats there.

Well you can't get caught for havin seats in rear if your supposed to have seats ,so say your not supposed to have seats like 99% of commercials what are consequences , anybody been fined ?

Yes people have had their vehicles lifted and been given fines i know of a few this happened to. The fines can range in size depending on a lot of factors
