    Guys,

Can people recommend good value but also good quality Turbo trainers?

What kind of money would I be looking at?

Is it worth getting a second bike at a €2-300 rather and having it set up on the TT constantly or just get a second rear wheel, etc and switch wheels on my main bike depending on what it's used for?

Conventional wisdom says not to put "good" bikes on turbo's, but at the same time you want to be training on your training bike, so that's what I do. Lots of people would already have two bikes - a race bike and a training bike or a summer and winter bike if you will. I'm not sure that the kind of bike you might get for a couple of hundred quid would be any use for, or any way nice to be, training on.

As for turbo's, I have a very basic one and it works great, I use it all the time.
