If you're referring to Saorview reception via an aerial it's probably down to the high pressure weather conditions we're experiencing at the moment.

    This from 2RN/RTÉNL
    RTÉNL Technical Information

    Service Notification:
    RTÉNL - Service advisory

A period of stable high pressure may cause interference to SaorView signals over the coming days, this will pass, do not adjust your receive equipment.

RTÉNL apologise for any disruption experienced due to the enhanced atmospheric conditions.

If this is the problem maybe an upgraded aerial installation might help. Other than that just sit tight and let it pass. This is one of the downsides of our new digital TV service, it did happen in the old analogue days but was less noticeable.
