    Hi all,

I have recently moved to Dublin and as I'm not in a position to have any pets I would love to do some volunteer work with a rescue centre. Does anybody have any recommendations? I am reliant on public transport so can't volunteer with the dspca unfortunately as you need your own form of transport

Ashton pound is a great place to go and bring some dogs for a walk - weekends especially. The pound is very close to the train station (although the walk is a little scarey because there is no path, but that's only a short section).
