MSc courses. What if not accredited externally?

    If contemplating undertaking an MSc course in Ireland, how important do you think it is that the course is accredited by an external body?

    Do you think it's something future employers would take note of?

    Or is lack of accreditation something that should not give prospective students concern?

    I'm not sure what you mean. If you are doing a Masters (I presume in maths) in an Irish University you are fine. If you are collecting tokens off a box of cornflakes to get it........that's not a good idea.

    Can you post a link to the masters you have in mind?
