I was handed a letter an hour ago, saying my means test was today at 10:30a.m. so I've obviously missed it. Thing is this is my second time missing it, as I had the wrong date the last time. Well you would want to have a good excuse, the obvious assumption they make is once, an honest mistake, twice....

Contact them, with evidence of the reason why you missed it, letter too late and show postmark, hospital appointment etc.
