I came across a post on hotukdeals for crocs.co.uk

They have a sale on (limited sizes) plus 20% off with elulvj8

Free shipping to the UK as opposed to 9.95€ on their EU site to ireland (the code doesn't work here)

I used PM and put in the phone number for the NI depot.

    Also used paypal

I used the 20% but was able to enter an irish address, and got free delivery. It had the delivery as 9.95, but then took it off as free delivery, and then the 20% off. V. Happy - thanks op.

    No need to use PM!

Just put in your Irish address and shipping is still free. Thanks, OP :)

3 pairs for €45 delivered, great going there!

Just trying this - shipping is free with my Irish address, but it says that the UK site can only deliver to UK addresses....any chance that the items won't be delivered?

(Thanks for the discount code, OP!)

I saw that too, but went ahead. I got sent an 'order shipped' email this morning, so should be fine.

How long did it take to get the order shipped email?

It's just another poster said they received a Shipping Conf within 2 days

Crocs are very comfortable. But I just can't be the type of man who wears them. I... just can't. However, upon looking on their site, they appeared to have quite nice looking canvas ones called 'Hover' (look like Converse). So I bought a pair (unfortunately no pink or white left in my size, had to go for yellow). If there's a way of having the comfort of Crocs covertly, I'm in. Thanks OP, great deal. Cost something like £10 after discount. Double discount all the way!

Mine arrived today too - not impressed with the packaging - one pair of shoes rattling round in a large box with no padding or wrapping!

I guess they are mostly plastic so the sellers figured they'd bounce :p

I got an email after 2 days saying they were shipped. When the tracking num came live they were in Holland and have now only made it to the uk, so still waiting for their arrival.

Got mine this morning, ordered them last Friday night. So that's effectively 3 working days. Not that bad. Thanks again OP!

Mine arrived today (Hover lace up) and I ordered on Friday night too. Absolutely love them. They're definitely wider at the front than Converse, but they look really cool. I'm a size 9 and I got a size 9, but they're very roomy inside, so I could have gotten an 8. There's lots of people on the site complaining about their sizes being too small or whatever, but I don't find that to be the case. Too big if anything.

Got mine today - 6 full working days after placing order. But ... got delivered straight to my door with the free delivery, so happy :-)

we got ours today that are fabulous! (the canvas ones slip on and lace up in navy)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,762 ✭✭✭peejay1986

Ours arrived today but all the men's shoes we ordered we size 10 instead of 9. Returning these is going to be a pain in the ass, isn't it?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,404 ✭✭✭✭vicwatson

    7 days arrival here

It says it on the site that the sizes on the shoes and invoice will be in US sizes, so you do in fact have a 9 (US 10=UK 9).

    From the website :
    Please select your UK size!

Only your invoice and the Crocs™ shoes will display US sizing

    Thank you both.

They were bought for someone else so they were feeding the info to me. You're correct, they are in fact the UK9. However, they're still far too big so we need to return them. Anyone any ideas on how we do that from Ireland? All the info on the site is for UK.

interestingly the pair i got (Mens Hover) are on the small size , and they are supposed to be a relaxed fit , although there was a couple of reviews on the website page suggesting a small fitting.
Great pair of shoes/Crocs otherwise for about €12 delivered

Is it worth returning a pair of EUR 10 shoes?

That's all part of the fun of buying online
