Got my medical card about 7weeks ago

today they sent me out a letter to see if anything has changed in my life , regarding getting a job or what ever, just so they know if i am to still have a medical card or not

but on the letter it had my first name correct and my last name correct
but my middle name was incorrect

for example, my middle name is paul, but it was spelt "apul" sounds indian to me haha but ya
anyhow i thought it was a fault at their end until i checked my medical card
turns out its mispelt on my medical card :pac:

now im kinda confused what to do, i wrote on the letter explaining that my name was mispelt on my medical card, and asked them to contact me asap on what to do

i just find it strange, i obviously mistyped my middle name on the computer for filling out the forms

i havnt used my medical card once yet, so i think im safe in that area
but can i be done for fraud or anything ? :pac:like even my doctor signed my name on the forms they sent out after i completed forms online

It will be fine. Point it out to them when it needs to be renewed.
