    Hi all,
Had a White pheasant/ Albino Pheasant stepping round the edge of one of the silage fields a few evenings ago. Sides of his face were scarlet. You would imagine that the lack of camouflage would not help their survival rate? anyone else come across one? Got some very poor footage on the phone, typical, I couldn't get it to zoom when it was needed.

A mate of mine bred a few this year. They use them as marker birds on driven shoots and estates. I released a few myself last year but didn't see them after to be honest

was out for a few crows two weeks ago and there was one down at a feeding trough picking away, drove up to have a look at him later on and he just stood and looked back at me, not a loss on him!

Our club bought in a few 2 or 3 years ago. We werent supposed to shoot them until a competition at Christmas but none were ever seen after the day of release. Found plenty of patches of white feathers though. Easy pickings for birds of prey I reckon.
