Have used this service and not sure how it works. Posted through my item expecting to receive the value I was quoted, but after a lengthy wait got an email advising item was worthless and heard nothing further despite several follow ups. Am very confused by the offering of this company and would not recommend.

I used them and the valuation was the same as what I got. Item was checked and money was in my paypal within 48 hours.

    Avoid like the plague.

I sent them an iPhone5 in mid August, valuation agreed by return email, but 6 weeks later there is still no sign of payment. It is the most difficult company to contact by phone (Only 1 person in the Office, answers the phone as Apple Service).

I regretting that I ever decided to use them, it was the Green part that hooked me in. Never again.
