Does anyone have a recommendation for bike maintenance books and videos. Youtube would be handy. Is there a series of videos that go through the bits on the bike and what to do to adjust them, maintain them and fix them?

There's an iOS/Android app called Bike Repair which I find very useful - contains loads of details on common problems/maintenance. It was free a while back, not sure how much it is now though...
