Unemployed/Jobseekers Fitness Camp

This is just a quick post. We're trying to set up a fitness bootcamp twice per week for those who are unemployed/on jobseekers in order to boost confidence and generally improve health and motivation. There will be a nominal charge for this as I'll be giving up my time, and need to just cover some small costs of equipment, possibly about 2.50 per class.

The bootcamp will entail a mixture of work, including kettlebells, bodyweight, sleds, suspension trainers and all levels will be catered for.

I hope I dont need to sell the benefit of a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and exercise...above and beyond the obvious physical improvements. I have one slot at 9am that I'd like to fill with those people that may need or benefit from a physical outlet, it also happens to be a good time to give people a purpose to get out of bed and active. We're based in Sandyford Industrial Est. but people from anywhere are welcome as long as they can travel.

1.) I'm looking for people, I have 2 eager already and need about 10 in total to get started.

2.) I'm looking for ideas to limit the abuse of this, so any ideas gratefully received.
