Where in Dublin would be a good place to get mens shirts, I've a pretty lean build so I'm looking for a slim fit.

U got a few last year from Jack and Jones premium range I had a look there and they had nothing suitable in stock.
Hopefully not to expensive as I'm on an internship!

You'll get a nice tight or slim shirt in Topman for about 25/30 quid

    They're having a 20% sale too

Branches on Grafton Street, Henry Street and Jervis Street.

They've a really good free app with all their stock, or go browse their website :)

What kind of shirt? Like a work shirt?

I would avoid the high street type stores and go somewhere like TM Lewin - they do slim fit shirts there, average price €40. Nice designs, well made, and not that "trendy" look which will immediately make you *look* like an intern. ;-)

Tommy Hilfiger have a sale on right now, really nice work shirts, slim fit with cutaway collars, I think around 40-50 quid so a little more pricey but you are getting a good shirt.

Also the tail end of the Brown Thomas sale might yield something; I got a Duchamp shirt recently for €45, which was reduced from €125 or something like that!

Yeah I'm really just looking for plain work shirts. The places I tried all had normal ones I might aswell be wearing an XL t-shirt as one of them! I don't mind paying a bit extra for quality if its a good fit.

If you're open to buying online, then Dalvey (who used to be on Grafton Street) have nice slim fit shirts:

    http://www.dalvey.com/shop-online/slim-fit

    Also Hawes & Curtis: http://www.hawesandcurtis.com/

Lots of styles there including slim fit. Good deals too.

As another poster said, Tommy Hilfiger is good and would be my first stop. Then I would try Marks and Sparks and maybe Next too
