    i have a sony kdl 32w 4000 tv that has lost picture on saorview the sound and epg are ok as is the skybox. sometimes when i switch it on the picture is there but if i change channel i then lose picture on all saorview channels it seem to be only tuner problem any help would be appreciated it is about 5yrs old it probebely not worth getting repaired

    Don't know what the problem is but I've seen the W4000 mentioned in other threads, most recently this one.

    thanks for reply.it must be a sony tv problem as i have a philips tv in sitting room working of same aerial and it is fine

    yes i have. amazingly i just tried it now and all channels are working perfectly just keep my fingers crossed it will stay that way
