Cost to code vw passatt smart key?

Lost my spare key and was quoted € 380 to replace, now I've seen the key on eBay for €35 but it will need to be coded. Anyone know how much this will cost and dose it have to be done in main vw dealer??

I got a key cut and programmed for 40 euro in a audio place in clondalkin there is another place on nass road not too far from red cow. If you look around there is probably a place no too far from you.
