Poor Handling

    Audi A4

I recently had my car tracked and balanced because the steer wheel was slightly to one side while going in a straight line.

I think it was done properly but I think I might have a more serious problem.

At times the steering wheel is still not centered when going straight, It feels like I have to oversteer in corners, that the car is kinda seesawing in corners and coming out of them.

Any ideas what it could be?

Most likely worn suspension arms but could be anywhere on the car. Best get it on a lift and checked out. Of course they could have made a mess of the alignment too but if the steering is moving from being centred correctly at times to not be centred, there would have to be something moving around unless you are just noticing it off centre when driving in strong crosswind or on a heavily cambered road - in that case, it would be normal.

Which year A4 is it - some have a complex setup that I would hazard a guess most tyre shops will get wrong

    start from the tyres

my alignment and tracking are bang on perfect but my steering wheel points slightly left while going straight because my tyres are different.

I'd be looking to suspension components to. Wouldn't take too much to throw out the balance of a car. In saying that, if the tyre place had the car up to do alignment and didn't bother checking any of the suspension components I'd be mighty pissed.
there only doing as requested thou tracking the car, most fast fit places are just there to track and most lads working there would not no what to look out for imo

09 model has no special procedures re tracking.
If the A4 is anything like my A5, rear tyres and tyres in general as critical to cars behaviour. A4 is significantly narrower though so maybe doesnt have the same issues.

First thing I'd check is the tyre pressures all around..

An under inflated tyre could make the car pull to one side, and give the seesawing motion that you describe coming out of corners as the car settled again.
