I'm looking to get a comprehensive check up done in terms of vitamins and minerals. Would just like to grab the data now and then again in 6-9 months time. Where's the best place to get something like this done and how much should I be expecting to pay?

Your GP is your first port of call. Note that there isn't neccesarily a test that covers what you're asking for.
