It look like our old friend, the 16bit signed integer strikes again: http://www.rte.ie/news/2013/0716/462824-social-welfare/

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

    It's a bug alright.

When you try to multiply a signed-on integer with an unsigned nixer then it causes a divide by zero income tax error.

Only cure is a reboot and a fresh install of trusted apps coupled with a database purge.
