Hi all,

Last week I applied for JSA as I finished a FÁS course. They told me then that they would write to me within a week to let me know their decision, a week later and I haven't heard a thing.

I rang them yesterday to ask and they said my application is ready for decision by an inspector and that I "should" hear from them this week, but that they are really slowed under, when she said that to me, I just took it that I wouldn't hear from them this week and she only said that to try and appease me.

I'm just wondering how long I should expect to wait until I hear something?
