Does Anyone know of a suitable place in Ireland (Munster preferably) for a man in his mid 40s who has Multiple Sclerosis and needs a lot of care?

There must be somewhere out there which is appropriate(i.e not a nursing home)?

Cheshire provide solutions, and are very focused on supporting independent living.

You might need to provide more information. Is the man single or with a family? Is he employed, or would he be expecting to be pretty much resident full-time?

Govt strategy is moving away from residential care, towards full-time care in a community home, with appropriate supports. It would definitely be worth talking to Cheshire as suggested, and to MS Ireland, and to a HSE social worker to review options.
