    Hi
I am looking to buy an investment apartment in Dublin

What would be considered good areas near or in the city center to buy a 2 bedroom apartment ?

    Thanks

    Evan

    Would advisor receive a fee?

There's so much wrong with this....
    #1 investing in an apartment
#2 asking on boards.ie for advice in a large monetary investment

Bit of a mental question alright, seeing as the OP never mentioned his budget or what he/she considers to be a "good" area.

OP - If you wish to seek property investment advice - try the Investment & Markets or Accommodation & Property forums.

This forum is fine for seeking information on good local boozers, restaurants, shops, schools, transport connections, etc, etc...

But it appears that what you are looking for is better suited to other forums.
