Best wheelset under €400?

I'm looking for a stiff & light wheelset ~400e for mainly racing and training. I'm looking for factory built, not custom!
So far I'm thinking either Campagnolo Zondas or Ultegra 6700s ? Upgrading from Kysrium Equipe. I'm an extremely lightweight rider >50kg so won't be flexing much!

It'd be hard to beat Zonda's weight wise at that price. I have them they're great. Check out Pro Lite Braccanio's while your at it. They get great reviews too.

Do you race with the Zondas ? I'd love something a bit more expensive but can't afford it! Reviews seem pretty amazing about the campags

I recently bought a pair of Shimano RS80s http://www.rosebikes.com/article/shimano-racing-wheel-set-28700-c-wh-rs80-a-c24-cl/aid:520190

After shipping costs the bike24 set work out about €4 cheaper.

I was tempted by these:- http://www.cycledivision.co.uk/product-info.php?pid133.html they are very light! They were out of stock at the time and you had to pre order.

i have eurus and have ridden zondas recently and see no difference and i am not a light rider!!! my eurus give zero trouble ever

was thinking about the ceros myself, they seemed to get pretty good reviews on bikeradar so might have to be my b/day present to myself, otherwise your options are second hand tubs

I'm avoiding tubs atm because of the expense.. The choice is between the ceros, stans and zondas now.. What do you guys think? Ceros are lighter and deeper, same for stans, but campags maybe more reliable?

Re zondas
I just bought a pair of sorricos which are the set below the zondas. 270 delivered from bike 24 2weeks ago. Best wheels that I have ridden. Only slightly heavier than the zondas too. Come with a shimano free hub if necessary
They are 35mm deep too.

You're unlikely to get more than 250 for those, they're only 375 new.

Personally Id go with the Zondas. Unbeatable for the price.

I really need around 290ish, 310 is just a guide in the hope that I'd get a high offer! 400e on crc and wiggle!

Hearing bad things about the braking surface, especially when descending I don't want anything to worry about while I'm racing !

346 on merlin cycles

However the Zondas are 320 and fulcrum racing 3's are 420 on merlin also
