    Hi Y'all

Looking for a home gym alternative to the cable ext rotation

I have bench, barbells & dumbbells (and hate going to the gym but love working out)

I was thinking I could simply lie on my side on the bench and execute the same movement with a dumbbell?

    Any ideas

It wouldn't be exactly the same but it should do as a substitute.

I like cuban rotations with barbell.

I hooked a resistance band (a mountain bike inner tube) on my banister post to do them. Also did isometrics against a door frame.
