    is it possible that a Hygienist:eek: during the course of a deep clean of teeth
    could inadvertently be removing enamel?

    As above, the instruments will not remove healthy tooth structure.

    Ah Thks for that was back with pain earlier she reckons it may be an exposed nerve she filled the suspect tooth and injected some sort of antiseptic on there as well .... But I'm sitting here in agony again now ... She selling about extraction or root canal if pain persists ! I'm not happy ! This only seems to have started since the teeth cleaning ! Are root canals expensive !? What is one exactly ?


    Ps if I decided just to get an extraction can I go back some time in the future and get a "false" crown or whatever as the suspect tooth will be noticeable .. Thks
