Megane - Electric's Problem

    Hi Guys,

    Just home from holiday and collected Megane (2008) from airport car-park.
    Its been sitting idle for nearly 3 weeks.
    Car started and drove fine but the radio kept switching itself off after 20 mins.
    The lights on the dash, cigarette lighter and lights are not working. Electric windows are working fine....

    Can anyone help ?

    Get the battery tested, a falling one can throw up symptoms like that in the Megane.

    A fuse?

    The 20 minute radio shutdown happens when the radio is on without the engine. So there must be a secondary power to the radio that missing hence the radio will assume that the engine is off.
