morgage advice needed!

    HI,

    im about to get a mortgage, and have been approved by 2 banks, but don't know anything about the best one to go for.

    I have been given the attached rates, from the 2 banks - see attached sheet.

    can anyone advise me on which mortgage would be best to go for?

    My mortgage will be spread out over 30 years.

    any advice appreciated.
