    Our Branch provides training in the following areas:
    • Practical First Aid (Basic First Aid)
    • Occupational First Aid
    • Cardiac First Responder
    • (E.F.R.) Emergency First Responder
    • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
    By joining our branch you can avail of life saving training and the cost of membership is only €10 per year. All training, equipment, and certification is supplied by the Branch throughout the various stages of training upon successful completion and certification at each level.
    We are also in need of a number of volunteers for our First Aid Unit. All volunteers must undergo mandatory Garda Vetting and Child Protection Training.
    By joining our branch you will have the opportunity to serve on various ambulance duties such as sporting and community events in addition to acquiring vital lifesaving skills that may be useful in everyday life. The Red Cross internationally is the largest Humanitarian Organisation in the world with over 95 million member's world wide. These members are engaged in assisting in the most devastated areas of disaster in addition to providing on going community assistance in their own areas.
